FELLOW OF VOSH/INTERNATIONAL (FVI)
Congratulations to our own Dr. Stu Frank for having received an honorary FVI designation from VOSH International. Dr. Frank was instrumental in implementing the FVI program. The program is designed to encourage the acquisition of knowledge, skills and experience necessary to successfully meet the global challenge of preventable blindness; to foster the development of future leaders prepared to meet that challenge; and to prepare individuals who may be asked to consult with governmental agencies, educational, private, or public institutions, and the media on issues related to the mission of VOSH/International. Dr. Frank wrote the FVI manual and oversaw creation of study materials and test questions. Congratulations Dr. Frank on this significant achievement.
